Superfoods get their famous name thanks to their high-quality nutrient properties and ability to prevent diseases. Studies have shown that superfoods high in antioxidants and flavonoids help prevent coronary heart disease and cancer, improve immunity and decrease inflammation. In addition, superfoods can help optimise the body's ability to function by supplying a megadose of nutrients, including fibre, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. Incorporating superfoods into a well-balanced diet can promote heart health, and weight loss, improve energy levels, and even reduce the effects of ageing. In addition, superfoods promote health by increasing your immune function and decreasing your chance of disease prevention or progression.

Advanced powders are good for you because they are packed with plant compounds that are high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, which can reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
